Gov. Bill Richardson says Americans should sacrifice
By GRETA CUYLER

BOW – Bill Richardson invoked the memory of John F. Kennedy during a house party in Bow yesterday, saying Americans should make small sacrifices for a greater good.
"(JFK) thought big, and I like to think big," said the New Mexico governor and Presidential hopeful, who is in the midst of a three-day trip to New Hampshire.
Should he become President, Richardson already has his first six days mapped out -"and it's going to be a busy week, he joked.

His top priorities include withdrawing troops from Iraq and setting a new foreign policy, reducing America's dependence on foreign oil, establishing national health care, improving the nation's schools and the economy.
What's the plan for the sixth day? "We'll slow down a little," Richardson said.
Then he turned serious.
"We're going to do something this administration hasn't done," he said. "We're going to respect the U.S. Constitution," earning him a round of applause from the audience.
"We're not going to eavesdrop on our citizens without a court order. We're not going to have a vice president who says he's not a member of the Executive Branch. And we're not going to have an administration that believes that habeas corpus is an inconvenience."
Wearing khaki pants, white sneakers, a black T-shirt and blue blazer, Richardson was in the midst of a whirlwind day, which included parades in Amherst and Merrimack and appearances in Goffstown and Nashua. On Tuesday, he watched the fireworks display in Manchester.
Several dozen supporters came to yesterday's event, hosted by Deborah DeMoulpied, Bow's democratic chair.
"I loved most of what he said," said George deVito of Hopkinton. "The question is more than ideas, it's how you get these things done," he said, referencing a divided congress, among other roadblocks. "I don't know that he could answer that."
"The current 'my way or the highway' doesn't work," said Randy Choiniere of Concord. "Richardson has experience with actual diplomacy."
"Prior to his ads and the debates, I didn't consider him a serious candidate," said Sarah Brown of Bow. "Now I do."
A former congressman, U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, secretary of energy under President Clinton and four-time nominee for the Nobel Peace Prize, Richardson said he plans to outwork everyone.
"This should be a race about who has the best plan for the country," he said.

Pay attention to Gov. Richardson, Granite Staters. He is credible, experienced, and practical. Plus in person he's humorous and warm. His plan for dealing w/the Iraq war is borne from his impressive credentials in international diplomacy, and he recognizes that being green environmentally can make good business sense as well. He's a winner! Those of you who want change, take a close look at this guy. You won't regret it.

Bill Richardson has the best credentials of all the candidates. He is really doing a grassroots campaign that is not merely based on the amount of money raised. He has plenty of experience in all different ramifications of government and he has credible plans to solve our current issues such as global warming, Iraq, healthcare, veterans education, and immigration among others. He might not be the most popular guy but when people get to meet him they realize what kind of person he is and support him right away. I would ask the residents of NH to check his website to learn more about him.
