Democratic presidential hopeful Bill Richardson told a gathering of Carroll County Democrats yesterday afternoon that his first act as President would be to "get us out of the war.''

Richardson sounds like the best of the major Democratic candidates, by far. He had a pretty good record on taxes in New Mexico, but it's too bad he would take the savings from ending the Iraq war and spend it more federal government boondoggles.
Ron Paul would use the savings to balance the budget, and start cutting taxes.
