NH & IA should be forced to vote last in primaries for the next 50 years. If they refuse their delegates should be bared from the conventions.

Its time we break the states into 4 equal groups. Then rotate each group thru the frist spot every 4 years.

Except IA & NH. They will be in the last group for the nect 12 elections.

No more piss-ant states exorcizing too much power.
