Parental notification
MANCHESTER - The New Hampshire House will vote this week, perhaps as early as today, on a bill that would repeal an abortion law requiring parental notification.
Concord - Updated, 10:14 p.m. If a repeal of the state’s parental notification act on abortions reaches his desk, Gov. John Lynch will sign it.
Concord - A group of 152 legislators has signed a “friend of the court” brief that will be filed today at U.S. Supreme Court in a challenge of the state’s parental notification bill regarding abortions.
