Dover - A convicted sex offender who is suing to overturn a city ordinance, which he claims compelled him to move to Epping, has continued to stay in the Dover neighborhood he was allegedly forced from, neighbors say.
CONCORD - A recent New Hampshire Supreme Court ruling complicated the job of passing a law that would mean longer jail terms for Internet sexual predators.
MANCHESTER - The state law that allows prosecutors to seek civil commitments of sexually violent predators is unconstitutional, and petitions pending against two convicted sexual offenders should be dismissed, defense attorneys argued yesterday.

I DON'T HEAR an outcry from the public to put stricter penalties on sex offenders who prey on children. It's coming from the lawmakers and prosecutors. This is New Hampshire, not Florida, and because something happens in another state they want stricter sex offender laws. Why?
